He knew my given name, said he had the printer I enquired about earlier this year. I have not asked for any printer. My husband does any printing I need. Therefore hoax caller.

Caller: Mike Anderson

Man with Indian accent named Mike Anderson said "I want to speak to the manager". When I said that's me he said he was speaking to one of the people in my team about replacing the toner in our printer. Couldn't give me their name and I asked what did they say, he responded "he told me to call the supervisor". Firstly, I'm the owner, not the supervisor. He then said it's about our Brother printers. I said we don't have Brother printers, and I only replaced toners in my printer last week. He asked what printer I have. I then asked him what company he was calling from and he said "Cartridge World". I'm in Brisbane, and this was an 02 number. He started getting more aggressive so I hung up on him. Do not fall for this.

Don't have anything to do with "Mark Anderson" - with an Indian voice! Claimed he supplied our type of business. Pretended one of our staff had asked him to ring again in the New Year.

Continues to call even though we have told him we don’t need any ink. They do supply the ink when ordered but will not stop pestering when you don’t want their services any longer.
