Scam - lady purporting to be from Amazon saying large order made from my son’s email account and she would help me to report to Australian cyber crime webpage. Asked to bring up the Australian government webpage to report this. Went on the legitimate website but then asked me to download Zoho Assist app from the Apple App Store which gives them remote access to your phone so she could help me to report the crime. The first review under the app says DO NOT DOWNLOAD. When I pressed her further about how could I trust that she was from Amazon, she was evasive so I hung up on her. She was trying to scam my son.
