Received a call from an Australian mobile number then 5 minutes later from this number. Both calls left identical voicemail about some overseas students health cover and I need to update my details. I am not a student, seems like a scam of some kind to me.

this number called me on April 22 at approx 6pm Sydney Time about a so-called delivery with a mix of english and mandarin that says to press 1 for more details. phone call then hangs up at the 30 second mark which is a similar pattern to other SPAM calls of this nature that i have received on my mobile.
