call 6 to 7 times a day different number each time. just let it go to message but they dont leave a message.

These people are scammers but they are also employed by agl as a third party call centre, they work on an incentive, agl provides your information to them and if they can get you to pay some money they will get paid an incentive, plausible deniability for agl. AGL used to deny association until I put the water and energy ombudsman on them also report them to scam watch, agl has no legal right to call harass and threaten customers that’s why they pay third party ,scammers to harass you I urge every one ,screen shot and record these calls and report them to scam watch and the water and energy ombudsman and watch how quick agl weasels and squirms their way out of it, they will immediately stop the scammers from calling for a time. They will then change numbers and start again, even if you are late with a bill agl cannot legally harass you that’s why they pay 3 party scammers to harass you for them.

Seriously, how many times do these people call in a day? I have already paid my AGL gas bill, its your payment processing system that is taking time to clear, so stop calling me. Annoying bloody a**holes.

The number showed up as Bankstown or similar on my phone. It's a recorded message claiming to be from AGL, saying you owe money - which I don't. Just block the number. AGL should be more careful of who they get to do their dirty business. It's probably a scam run by AGL call centre. Not surprised at all. Thankyou Mr Albanese for all those dishonest blow ins.

I don't pay for AGL. This is now the 3rd number I've gotten a call from claiming to be from AGL. The first 2 numbers pop up as Suspected Spam. While the 3rd number is automatically blocked by my phone. Looking up all 3 numbers, you can mostly find complaints.

Dear Anonymous, yes these calls are VERY VERY annoying, I find the out of date constant texts for what I would call "measly" i.e $5. but your $140 is NOT mesly to many many people, that's my food and anything extra money for week, usually longer.... Life is not cheap for many.

Caller: Rude scammers pretending AGL 24

This thieves has access to all or part of agl accounts. Maybe by hacking or maybe agl's actual employees run their own business by using agl account holders database. When I told them their call identified as scam suspect on my phone screen and why should I give them all my details cause they should have it but the rude indian accent said that I'm mumbling and he can't understand me. I repeated loud and clear but he said again u mumbling! 4 more times I stupidly repeating myself but that rude c*nt instead of answering me, to identify account holders! was keep saying "you mumbling and I can't understand" WTF. They are obviously scammers and their numbers is an Skype number which starting with 8.

Later I called them back and same person answered the call but pretending he knows nothing about his colleague conversation with me!! I told him you guys are so rude and this is not the way such a company dealing with people. If you really AGL then I'm sorry why I even calling them. He said so don't call then. So he left me no doubt they are scammers and made me to make his mother involve in the matter from rare side!

They constantly call and never leave a message. If you are one day late they absolutely spam you with calls. I’ve blocked their number they can bugger off. At least they could leave a message but they don’t they just call all kinds of hours 🤷‍♂️

Parasites is too nice of a discription of these A@#h%$es, they are harassing me constantly for a bill i dont even owe, personally im not even a customer of theirs, i have a SMSF property that the tenant is with AGL im not and they dont even have my name on file or shouldn't, the property is owned my my fund which is a completely different name to me, and its not even a bill for my tenant so dont get why they are harassing me.

Very annoying wish they would stop they use a different number so they can't get charged with harassment that's why they dont leave a message

I received this call and I called back and said it is AGL AnyTime. I paid my bill on time with no overdue
I was prompted to enter my mobile number and came up with a different customer name. I know somebody’s else mobile number must be incorrectly updated to my profile. I request the person (with indian’s accent) to remove my number from the other customer’s profile and he refuse. He said I won’t be liable if there is overdue amount with the other customer and tell me not to worry. I said this is not right becos of privacy issue and I’m sure I will keep getting the call if not updated. The person said is there any other thing he can do besides remove my number from the other customer profile (he was relunctant to make that change). I was angry to him and said that’s the purpose of my call and ask to speak to his supervisor. He put me thru to resolution manager Ben and quickly check my profile and remove my number from the other customer’s profile. Ben also told me that first person should not handle the case like this and he has the right to update the info. He will send a comment/feedback to him
