Likely a scammer.

Unsolicited call which I did not answer, but received a voicemail.

The caller was a male with a learned American accent. Could hear contact centre/office sounds noise in the background. He identified himself by name, but left no specific info/questions. He knew some of my contact info and seemed to be using it to bait me into calling back. Sounded scammy.
