Caller: "Kabe" Credit Corp. Plague institution. Do not identify yourself. My number is unlisted. Stated this was his direct line for contact in VM left and to call back. Number was unlisted/"unknown" when calling. Do not confirm any details as this resets any debt counter as an acknowledgement of a debt. Basic contract law states the standard enforceable time a creditor has to chase you is 6 years... (This can change if a court order is applied). But this counter can be reset by a few factors.. Acknowledging a debt can reset the counter! If you are not the person of interest, let the caller know this and request you be removed from the contact list, you can do this by not identifying yourself.
