Retard on this website,guy is a debt collector. Maybe just pay your bills? Sad c*nts

Has called at least 25 people on my facebook account trying to contact me, but never calls me direct and when i got someone to call them back for me, they wouldn't identify what company he was from but his name is Jack Fullham. even it was a debt collector it is illegal to use social media to find your details by harrassing people i know, so his name and phone number will be given to the police.

Called a few of my friends. Eventually got in touch and wanted to sell life insurance.

Once I called them back they wouldn't identify themselves but wanted me to tell them my DOB, address and telephone number !! Definitely scammers!! Beware

In Australia, your 'debt' is an 'asset' to anyone that wants to buy it. Debt collectors 'roll the dice' when buying debts from other financial institutions (Banks/Insurance etc) with a view to collecting it, legally (Buy low and collect it high, this is allowed under financial law). CREDIT CORP does NOT collect debts, only records them, so financial institutions can assess your credit worthiness. Debt collectors are akin to scavengers, looking for easy pickings and will inundate you with scary sounding terms to intimidate you into payment. IF you want your credit score (held be Credit Corp) to be trash then simply do not pay the debt, not ideal long term but..... Debt collectors can not force you to pay (e.g. certainly not physically arriving at your door... God I wish lol : ), unless they apply via court system. You can 'block' calls via your mobile if they bother you; expect dozens and dozens of attempts over years. If you are threatened physically, record and go to police or/and financial OMBUDSMAN. No. (02) 8651 5090 Jack Fulham - scammer - he's been ringing my friends asking for my phone number. Friend contacted me and I asked him to get jack's no. He gave it and I rang. He did not give me the name of his organisation, nor why he rang- he left it all up to the imagination etc. I told him not to ring me again. He threated to keep ringing my friends - I told him I was ringing the police - which I have and laid a complaint. By the way - I do not have any debt, nor do I need any life insurance - so Jack Fulham, scammer, stop ringing me ----- ps. he also rings/texts from 0439 891 125 and 0451 632 269 - Jack Fulham you are again exposed!

I've found out that Jack Fulham works for Credit Corp in Sydney and is a real piece of work. He is not the slightest bit ethical and doesn't care who he offends. It seems the company buys the debt from a bank or a loan company for a very reduced amount and then tries to squeeze money out of people using their bullying tactics. Another person, Julie works for them too, not as bad but close. Just be wary of this company. If you didn't sign for a loan with them, pay them NOTHING!!! Do hope authorities will close in on them soon.

Got a call from this Jack Fulham trying to find a person I know as well. I actually rang him back and gave me false info to try and get info out of me.

This same jerk Jack Fulham called all of my contacts on social media trying to get in touch with me and the wouldn't tell me what it was for wanted lots of personal details.

Jack Fullham remains an enigma. He works at Credit Corp and is harassing my friends with phone calls asking for private information about me. Unfortunaely he rang a couple of people who were so offended by his behaviour that I believe they have laid a complaint with police. So we will see what happens.

Jack Fulham works for Credit Corp - I believe they may be based in Sydney. I'm not sure how this person sleeps at night. He uses bullying tactics and has contacted my family asking very personal questions. Surely there is some organisation that can investigate and STOP this person. DONT TRUST HIM OR LISTEN TO HIM - HE'S BAD NEWS!!

This creep Jack Fulham is up to his old tricks. Contacting facebook friends, sending faxes to previous employers. If you read Credit Corp in Sydney's website you'd be expecting a call from mother teresa. Instead you get stand-over tactics such as contacting relatives, friends and anyone they find. I have reported him but so have others and nothing seems to be done.

This d*ckhead contacted a friend of mine as well asking about my sister and I! We dont owe anyone money so he might be trying to get personal info to steal identities or scam you /us somehow
