Sounds like a computer scan regarding Ip address using public mode instead of private mode. Also used 028673871 and (02) 8647 3885

Scam robot voice "We were unable to reach you, you have a parcel awaiting signature. Please press 1 for English, press 2 for Chinese". Thank goodness for Apple's iphone voicemail machine service. Just another scammer with another spoofed number. Block the number and move on.
