They often call and do not say Hello, is ... there? They immediately speak in a rapid way, sometimes in a foreign language or in broken English and when I tell them there is no one by that name here they hang up immediately, no bye etc. When have tried to return their call to let them know I don’t wish for them to call, there is a message saying this number is incomplete, please call the number again so I thinks it’s an O/S number.
