NexGen - Calling about "the change from analogue to digital", and wanting to book an appointment to "explain" it. Claiming that analogue will be switched off soon, and they want to help you migrate to digital. It turns out they have no idea when the PSTN services will be disconnected, and they're just trying to sell you VoIP services.
Previous calls from this mob tried to align themselves with the NBN rollout, claiming they were designated to "my area" to help me migrate.
