Call supposedly from Blacktown in Sydney. Voice Recording - "The number you have called is not available from this service. For further information, please contact your service provider." Clearly, not a real number and re-routed to appear as a NSW number. It is so wrong that Telcommunications Companies do nothing to prevent this. Block and complain to Telecommunications Combudsman.
