My guess is they want you to call back. That way they can get around any cold calling laws by saying you called them. Had a few calls so I bocked the number and problem solved.

Sounds like a very bad recording saying stay on the line and you will be contacted by the very next agent ???
Who talks like that and the recording sounded fake I hung up
