Just received a call from 'First Response' stating I'd been in an accident in the past year. Scammers

I have received several calls from this pond scum stating that I was involved in car accident in the past 12 months. I told him to F%#K OFF! as I have never owned nor driven a car. He promised to remove my name from the "list". I then put a block on that number.

Scammer - never leaves msg.

I had this call about six months ago asking about an accident I was involved in. They called again today and thankfully a friend gave me this website.

This is the 2nd call in a week inquiring about a supposed accident I told them on both occasions that they have the wrong number/person & hung up although the last caller was English very polite stated she was calling on behalf of "First Response"

Just missed a call from this number - called back and it's busy but I won't call again, as I just saw the above comments - thank you!

When I answered they said they were from "First Response" and wanted to talk to me about a car accident I had in the past year. I told them I did not have an accident in the past year and they just hung up on me!

Rang my fathers number asking for me..I tried to return the call but it's engaged

Knew my name and wanted to talk to me about an accident I had been involved in in the last 12 months - told them they were a scam and they denied - only problem is I haven't had a motor vehicle accident in the last 12 months - yep doesn't sound like a scam to me

A guy rang asked if I had been in an car accident in the last 2 years. Just hung up on him as I hadn't been and knew it was a scam

Received message same as Lauren above re tax avoidance...warrant for my arrest etc

Left message saying my account has been marked delinquent and I haven't paid taxes and I'm suspected of tax avoidance/evasion, petition against my name etc. This is supposedly the "hotline" phone number to avoid serious consequences. Definitely a hoax. Didn't call the number.

Invoice Scam
