Same with me. It rang, I answered and noone replies, then hangs up.

I answered to a cough, when I spoke they just hung up.

Rings every 2nd day as soon I answer it is a hang up and this happens on my land line to sometimes is goes on 2-3 times a day, it is so Annoying. despite being d on "Do not call registry for both , home and land line.needs to be investigated and stopped

I just called this number back and they were selling solar panel solutions.

I'd like to know who it is too... they rang me twice this afternoon within a few minutes.  The first time I answered they hung up without saying anything.  The second time they only let my phone ring 4 times, then hung up.  Very annoying...

This person keeps calling, when answered they don't say anything, and when ringing the number it doesn't connect. Who is it????
