Recurring calls. Unknown source. Blocked.

I called and they said was in regards to a competition.. spammm told them not interested and please remove my number from their list.. blocked them too just in case

It's a "you have entered a competition" type spam. Obviously stole my number off somewhere.

I've blocked so many of these numbers.. Everyday a new number from the same company calls. Its so annoying.

They have called me 2 - 3 times every hour for the last 3 days!!! They're driving me insane!!! I want them to stop harassing me!!!!

These bastards keep ringing me 2 - 3 times every hour. This has been going on for 3 days!!!! They're driving me insane!!!!!!

This sort of behaviour should be legally defined as "stalking"

Whoever they are, they called me but never left a msg on msg bank. I don't answer unknown numbers, typical parasites.

Ive had a missed call from this number every day for the past 2 weeks and now I finally was there to answer it. Was told they are from winning choice at which point I cut him off and said how did you get my number? He went on to say that I entered an online competition. I told him I have never entered my phone number in an online competition and you need to remove my number from your call list immediately or I will report you to ScamWatch. He said ok and hung up.. hopefully they will not call me again or I will deliberately waste their time giving them bogus information and delaying them as much as possible.

Sounds similar to MattyB's experience, I was asked to confirm details for a competition that I know I never entered.
I'm going to block them now.

called the number back and asked them to take me off their call register. still calling my number. annoying

Yes I had that as well firstly the number (02) 8015 6963, which I then blocked and this afternoon (02) 8599 0131 - again I have blocked this call

Over the past 3 days received 4 calls from this number. When you answer the call they hang up. I phoned them back and he tried to tell me I had entered a competition to win a car (False) and wanted to confirm my details. When I asked him how they got my number, he used an expletive and hung up in my ear. Beware of these scammers. Ignore/block the calls.

rang me today after I left school. Good thing I had it on silent. Didn't realise til the last vibration. Didn't call back because I didn't recognise the number.

Its a comfort to know these calls are spam glad I'm asleep when they call! They would get an ear full if i answer
