I called back and recording said it was Accor Plus - hotel chain reward points. I did sign up a while ago but not sure why they're calling me (probably to try sell me something!)

they left message on voicemail in a foreign language (possibly an asian language). have had same happen with (08) 6228 4013 2 weeks ago.
