they say Telstra but I could hardly understand him and he said calling about my broadband , we have NBN and with Telstra so they should know that , they ask for your details which I will not give as they are calling me and im with Telstra they should know my details

Called twice at about 9pm on the work land line. We are not with Telstra in any way, shape or form. The messages were rude: "called before and you wont talk to me" "you need to talk to me about your account". AND called me Julie. We have never ever had a Julie working here. I dont this is an 'All Good, Just Telstra Call Back' call.

Spam from telstra, just blocked cos I don't care, if they want me they can call me at an appropiate time, ie. any time that isn't while I'm out or asleep

She said it was Telstra wanting to talk about a new data plan but first they had to confirm who I was! I don't have a Telstra account so when I refused to give her my name etc she simply hung up

Annoying spam. When I had a helpdesk issue, they asked me how would I like to be contacted. By email I replied. They confirmed my email and then I get 2 mobile calls?? Stupid people.

It's Telstra they called back after an issue I had in which I used there online chat help desk . Which they sent an email confirming what they were doing. They made contact after business hours via mobile , then again 40 mins later via my mobile then sent a text message.

I'm calling the Telstra Billing Team on a 1800 number. the consultants call me back on the 8584 number. the mobile rings only once and they hang up!!!

Genuine Telstra number, they will use this if you have contract with Telstra. Their intention is if you request a call back or having some issue with your service.
