Has been calling my phone just to listen and say nothing but I can certainly hear background noise like a call center don't bother answering just block

Did not leave a message. Suspicious scam call.

Alled but on call back got a telephone company's "number disconnected" message.

Foreign scam call

Had two missed calls from this number. I called it back blocking my caller ID. Voice message from Optus says that the number is not connected. Stranger right?
