Trying to pretend they were telstra asking about our IP address going from private to public. They asked if we can download a remote desktop app from the appstore so they can hack in. Be careful of these guys.

Caller: Someone saying they were from EBay security Not sure if this was a scam but said they were from eBay security and I was to download an app to protect myself as someone was trying to claim a large gift voucher on my account whilst I was on the phone to her. I tried to look up the caller ID number and it came up with nothing and I tried calling the number back and it wouldn’t go through, so got alarmed and hung Up
