Caller: Claimed to be Telstra

I don't think it was telstra as when I resisted he gave me another number, supposedly the Telstra general number but it was not the number shown on the Telstra website. I didn't call.

Caller: “Telstra”

Lady proceeded to tell me my internet has been having issues over the last few days and told me that Telstra owns my IP address when I told her I’m not with Telstra. She then hung up on me when I told her that this wasn’t true 😂 never once told me her name or addressed me by my name. As a stay at home mum, I think I’d know if my internet was having issues!
