Caller: Scammer

Scam call, left Chinese voice mail pretended to be someone from Vodafone.

Got a missed call and voice message from the number - message was "Please contact us ASAP, one - English, Chinese department please press two, you have an emergency epidemic related notice and you have not responded many times (though this is the first time I ever got such a message), please contact...". I know it's a scam call and so blocked it.
