Called me but left no voicemail, have been getting many calls from numbers starting with 02 85nn nnnn recently

Missed call from this number. They didnt leave a voicemail. When you try to call them back, an American voice machine voice eventually says your call is being redirected to voicemail of and then some random name I don't recognise, with no identification as to who they are from. Something about this doesn't feel right. Very suspicious. If they don't voice their own voicemail, nor identify who they are, I would say this is a scam operation and you'd be best to block it like I have.
