Caller: Scam

Message saying that an amount of $14 had been debited form my Visa Debit Card and another $700+ was in the process of being debited, and they were calling to see if I was being "scamed"! I had to select 1 to authorise and 2 for further information. I those 2 and got through to a very officious sounding man who said I hade been debit for $14 from Amazon streaming services but they $700 looked suspicious, I asked which bank and he said they were for the VIsa department not bank. I told him I thought he was a scam and he said he understood my concern as their were do many scams. hahaha So I told him togo ahead and he immediately asked for my date of birth, I said I did not give it out over the phone and he then put the phone down. Very real sounding scam... be careful
