Phishing Computer generated message from Chinese Embassy. In English went then Chinese. Reported to Scamwatch

I got a call from the above number, I didn't answer it. Instead as my phone was ring, I searched for the net, the phone number, didn't exist. Therefore I conclude it must be a spam or scam call.
