They intentionally do this. If you don't know “yingwen”= “English”, then you are not their target. They are targeting Chinese speakers.

Caller: Chinese claiming to be Australia border force Typical scammer using Chinese say “English press one, Chinese press two” . Literally said “yingwen” instead of “English”. Like bruh if I speaker No Chinese I wouldn’t even know “yingwen”= “English”. Make it make sense.
