Caller: No Claimed to be from Telstra, something about a private IP address being public. Heavy Indian accent and really loud background noise like a crowded train station so very hard to understand. Didn’t sound legit at all.

Caller: Jack "from Telstra" Similar to another call today: "Jack", with a strong subcontinental accent, claimed to be from Telstra. He told me that my home's private IP address had been made public. I have over 10 years' experience working for Telstra in managed IP networks, so have a few clues in that area. Jack wouldn't answer any of my questions sensibly and he ended the call while I was speaking to him.
