I didn't hear the phone ring. No message left. Telephone company listed it as Potential fraud on my phone. I have blocked this number.

An automated recorded voice with Australian accent said it was from my Paypal banking institution. It sounded 'official' but I hung up as you should too. I don't usually answer unsolicited calls.
