Recorded message saying from department of home affairs- “your identity has been used in a fraudulent way. Press 1 to speak to a person to confirm your identity”, I pressed 1 to get a man speaking very poor English, he wanted to know my name of which I didn't give and said to him, he called me therefore should already know my name. I asked a couple of times and he got cranky with me, I asked 'is this a prank or are you scamming me' - he hung up on me.
