person calling from a business for a family member (WITH A DIFFERENT SURNAME) who does not live with us, wants us to pass on a message but wont identify themselves nor what the call is in relation to.

When asked how they got our number they just said that they got it from the internet!

NOW WE HAVE EXTREME PRIVACY CONCERNS!!!!!
