Saying they were with an immigration department saying I hadn't responded to collect an important document and to press 1 for english and 2 for chinese. Then a chinese voice came on the line. I pressed nothing and hung up.

This number just rang me and there was a lot of talking in the background, no one answered when I said hello and then hung up after 15 seconds.
