Spoofed phone no to make it look like it’s from Sydney. Scam, do not fall for it, you are not in trouble with the Aus Gov like they say.

Declined this call & IMMEDIATELY called again. Obviously a robo-call. Scammers seem to (mostly) use Sydney numbers which makes them easy to spot for us interstaters.

Caller: Said they were NAB

The recorded message said that my NAB debit master card there was a transaction, that I needed to push 1 to approve the payment or 2 to speak to someone. Firstly, they answered the phone too quickly for a bank, secondly, too much noise in the back ground for a bank. When I asked if this is really NAB or scam, they hung up.

No response when answered.
