Caller type: Scam call
Location: Australia
Foreign accent male called our business number stating they were from MasterCard security department and wanting to get funds refunded from 2 transactions completed earlier that day. They could not state who they were wanting to speak to. The caller advised of a person not associated with the business. Sounded like an off-shore call centre (foreign accents). Asked what the address was for the business. Gave some address is different suburb. Ended the call advising them not to call back. Considering we hadn't processed any transactions on the day of the call - definitely a scam.
