Caller: Paypal Customer Support Knew my last name, said they were calling from Paypal customer support. I said "No you're not" and hung up. Sounded Indian.

Solar rebates - call and hang up constantly once told I wasn’t interested, I’ve blocked the number but they just use different numbers - every f&#*ing day
