Caller: Scam Alert – Fake Vodafone Customer Service Call I received a phone call from someone claiming to be “Vodafone customer service.” The caller said there was a problem with my account and tried to pressure me to take immediate action.
This is a scam call. Vodafone will NOT ask for your passwords, verification codes, bank details, or ask you to install apps over the phone.
Please do NOT: • Share any personal or financial information • Click on any links sent by them • Download any apps they recommend • Call back the same number
If you receive a similar call, hang up immediately and contact Vodafone only through their official website or official app.
