Unrecognised number so I did not answer. They left a truncated message sounded like a machine voice: "…on the service will be stopped today For English, please press one for Chinese service please press two Hello, your mobile phone has not normal usage On the service will be stopped today For English, please press one for Chinese service please press two..." Blocked number. Had a few of these lately!
