Caller: scammers posing as Comm Bank Scammers claiming credit card purchase made, if I wanted to okay the payment or dispute it and speak with an 'agent' - call will keep you on hold without picking up. If you have online banking on your phone apparently they can back-door into your phone through this method. Do not stay on hold. Hang up and contact your bank directly and look through their website to report the fraudulent call to them. Australian banks (when contacted directly) will advise you of their processes on how they will contact you about fraud or scam purchases flagged on your account.
