Probs a scam call. Long pause between answer and anything. I hung up and blocked them.

Caller: Department of cyber security - yeah right Asked for me by first name only, told me my phone no. was being used by (Russian sounding first and second name) in America for illegal purposes, wanted me to check my phn ID for location. Told them they were talking rubbish and just a scam, she was most indignant! Hung up and blocked number.
