They rang from this number, 85301934, BUT THE PHONE NEVER RANG, then i get sms to ring back this number 85525207

Caller left recorded message in Chinese. It's bad enough we're flooded with Indian and Philippino telemarketers, now there's the more numerous Chinese to contend with.

Most definitely a scam. Greeting in Chinese, followed by an automated American English spiel letting me know that I had important documents that had not been picked up for several days. Then offered a Chinese and English option to connect with the Consulate.
