Scammer claims about unauthorized payment in my commonwealth bank account.

Caller: Scam

A woman with a Filipino accent claiming to be a Commbank representative called supposedly to advise me of an unusual charge to my card. She started asking questions that didn’t seem right so I said I’d go into my branch and speak to them instead. I did that and checked online and there were no unusual transactions.

Claiming to be from Commonwealth Bank about an unauthorised payment. I don’t have an account with that bank, but agreed I made the payment. Person ended call 😂
