Scammer using spoof number, options English or Chinese

Automated voice saying 'Your phone will be out of service in 2 hours. Press 1 for English reason, press 2 for Chinese reason.'

Hanged up as soon as I heard the robocall. "You have an emergency call...

Recorded voice said: "This phone number will be cancelled in 2 hours".
When I called the number back to see if I could find whose it is, a recorded message said "This number is not in service".
