Pest who rings several times each week & has never left a message.

This number has started calling me after I made several online purchases. They must think I'm a serial purchaser. They've annoyed me that much I've now blocked this number. When I return their calls a recording says their mailbox is full without revealing their company name. Why would they do that?

My phone rings, I drop what I'm doing to answer it, and find that it's just another bloody phone pest!

Niussence calls
Don't leave a message and usually after another bogus number (mobile) rings. They figure if you don't answer mobile, then maybe a landline.
I don't answer numbers I don't know unless they leave a message
