They tell you they are from the Commonwealth Bank and claim there might be an unauthorized transaction on your account of $1,800. They ask for all information. Just hang up, they try to steel your details.

And scam. Said she was from CBA wanting to know if I had made a large payment recently. Heavy accent. Did not wait for a reply. Said to press 1 for yes, 2 for no. I did not hang up or say anything. She hung up
