Likely scam call. answered my phone and an automated voice said something like "recieving this call means you've missed something important from the Australian government" I was immediately suspicious and when it said "press 1 for english and 2 for chinese, I pressed 1 and it rang through to a woman who greeted me in Chinese and when I said "uh hello?" she IMMEDIATELY hung up. searching this phone number base brings it back as unlisted which a government number wouldn't be, plus the immediate hang up when greeted in a different language strongly suggests a scam call as an actual government agency would likely talk to you to get you to the correct department.
