I have been receiving calls from this and number of other similar numbers for weeks now. This one rang late last night about 10pm. When I called them back this morning it just simply does not connect. Hence I feel this is a SCAM and they are using these number as spoof. Other numbers are 8528 5180, 8528 5199, and others.
