Listed in a scam email which falsely claims to have detected an unauthorised paypal transaction for purchasing a well-known brand of smartphone. This number is for contacting the 'support team' (a.k.a the scammers) who would presumably gain access to your paypal account, after tricking you into thinking you have been billed for the purchase when you actually haven't.
