Stated they were calling re problem with my PayPal a/C which I told them Idon't have & have never had PayPal, I hung up & blocked number

They're saying they're from PayPal, and I must request to cancel a payment of $299.39 (guess the 39c makes it seem legit to some?) anyway... blocked number
