Caller: Hard to understand person

Says he is from Sweden, calling on behalf of a scam hotline, where persons sent to prison will get reduced sentence if they repay scammed money. Said sending an invoice for 5% commission to be paid before banking money to my account. Don't believe him. Invoice never arrived and his number is not connected.
