Number attached to a fraudulent Shop transaction via PayPal. No actual cash gone from account or linked cards. Wanted me to install app on the phone. Scam scam scam.

Received a message from Shop App claiming I had made a payment for an order through Paypal. No funds taken. I rang number which was answered by a fella with Indian accent who claimed he was with Paypal and would cancel the order. He then started directing me to App Store and an App that would have provided access to my phone. When I questioned why he hang up.

Caller: No call No call, I received this number through a scam receipt from a pay pal order I did not order and the scam came through the app called SHOP. Please be aware of these new evolved scams. Do not click on links to view orders etc.
