Called and asked for an IT employee who hasn't been with the business for 8 years, when I wouldn't give him a current contact name he became very rude and kept repeating himself aggressively, gave him a generic company email address, but he asked for my name to address it to, I advised him to attention it to IT, he got angrier, so I disconnected the call. He has now called back 4 more times (I will not answer).
