The voicemail began with "Final Notice," then asked me to enter 1 for English, and then spoke in Chinese with further instructions.

Simply variation of Spoof number/s used! Didn’t leave me Voicemail & then discovered msg stating “Customer Service Team” in English & Chinese so blocked!

an AI voice answered on the caller end saying"dear User" before I hung up. This is the 2nd time I have received this type of call and I would like to know who it is as it is an unknown caller to me.
